The LYLAC Programme

In our LYLAC programme we will offer you a safe, private space to create awareness about the impact of cancer on your life and to come to conclusions about it. What are the gifts, what are the losses, what areas in your life need change/improvement?
There is time and space to learn how to manage fear of recurrence, to boost your self esteem, to learn what's holding you back and more....
Together we will create a vision of your future, set SMART goals and create your personal action plan. As you work onwards with your personal action plan you will learn the powerful role of your personal values and beliefs, what's holding you back and how to tackle this, how to make choices, how motivation works best for you and a lot more....
LYLAC will help you to shift from the cancer experience ruling your life to YOU ruling your life and the cancer experience be a part of it.

There is something in our programme for everyone, from FREE taster sessions, downloads and theme calls to individual and group coaching.

Personal Values & Beliefs
We will (re)connect to your personal values and review your beliefs as being your personal perspective of how you see yourself and the world around you.
Your values will help you (re)connect to your life purpose and will help you to take decisions.
Your beliefs can help you move forward but can also stop you taking steps to a more fulfilling life. If your beliefs are not longer serving you we can reframe them so they will support you in moving forward.

Holistic
We will address all areas of your life to create your bigger picture for your future.
A cancer diagnosis has impact on one or more areas in your life. It can affect your career, and so your financial situation. It can affes your relationship(s) with your partner, friends and family.

From your personal values and beliefs you will work on your life as a whole, addressing a few key priority areas to work on during our coaching programme.

Once you've completed the cycle of change ones (Awareness <> Choice <> Execution), you can apply it over and over again in any situation life will throw at you.
You will take home skills for life.

Set your goals and create your action plan
Goals that are in line with your personal values will pull you forward in life. Goals can be big and small. You don't need to climb the Killimanjaro. Achieving a small goal like reconnecting with an old friend can be as satisfying.
Your action plan will help you to create your stepping stones towards your goal.
It will help you to regain control in your life.

Living in the moment
Part of living well after cancer is being able to live in the moment and connect/learn/enjoy whatever is happening in the moment. Life unfolds in the present.
Living in the moment involves being with your thoughts as they are, neither grasping at them nor pushing them away.
Living in the moment will help you to accept, to choose, to learn, to relax, to connect and to be.

Create Balance
What is a right balance for you?
How does it feel?
What's happening?
What's not happening (anymore)?
You will be able to create balance to your personal circumstances so that feels rigth for you.
