Habits and Resolutions
How can you develop new habits and succeed in your resolutions? New habits can support you in e.g. finding a new balance in life and in improving your health and well-being.

How balanced is my life right now? (exercise)
What is your current balance in life in all major areas of your life? This exercise will create a snapshot of the current moment in your life and will help you indicated areas you'd like to change/improve for the better.


Create Happiness Now
Simple and effective ways to increase happiness right now.


How can I manage overwhelming emotions? (exercise)
Emotions can become overwhelming, especially now the safety net of cancer treatment is pulled away and you're left on your own. Learn how to manage strong emotions.


Basic Meditation (exercise)
Maybe it is good to know that if you feel anxious or stressed that this is a normal resonse to a perceived threat of cancer. Use this basic meditation to stay calm and to de-stress.

Looking after yourself (exercise)
Anything that we need for our mind, body or soul to thrive and feel whole.

Relationships (exercise)
A cancer experience can bring shifts in the relationship you have with people around you. Who is around you? What roles do they have? How can you develop the ones to support you?
